Zmeny schémy čistenia repnej šťavy v cukrovare Drochia The changes of scheme of the purification in sugar factory Drochia
In sugar factory Drochia – Südzucker Moldova – the following changes of the technological scheme of the purification station
were made before campagne 2006:
1. The changes of medium for preliming recirculation – mud after thickering was recirculated instead of the nonfiltration
juice from 1st carbonatation. In this relation there was istalated two plates and one pipe heaters.
2. For filtration first carbonatation juice there were instalated four candle filters (replacement of ten filters FILS-60).
3. For control filtration thin juice there were instalated two candle filters (replacement of eight disc-filters).
Work results with new conditions:
- improvement of the juices quality (the filtrations properties),
- achievement of theoretical time for hot and warm main liming and reductions of the recirculated medium to fourth (near teoretical value),
- reductions of the consumption of lime,
- reductions of the consumption of heat and energy,
- reductions of the consumption of the filtration materials,
- simplification of the work conditions of the technological operators.
V roku 2006 boli v závode Drochia firmy Südzucker Moldova vykonané nasledovné zmeny v technologickej schéme epuračného procesu:
1. Zmena schémy recirkulovaného média na predčerenie – miesto nefiltrovanej šťavy prvej saturácie sa recirkuloval
zahustený podiel prvej saturovanej šťavy. V tejto súvislosti boli inštalované dva doskové zahrievače a jeden trubkový zahrievač surovej šťavy.
2. Inštalácia štyroch sviečkových filtrov na filtráciu prvej saturovanej šťavy (výmena desiatich nízkotlakových filtrov FILS-60).
3. Inštalácia dvoch sviečkových filtrov na kontrolnú filtráciu ľahkej šťavy (výmena ôsmych diskových filtrov).
Výsledok práce pri nových podmienkach:
- zlepšenie kvality štiav (filtračné vlastnosti),
- dosiahnutie teoreticky potrebnej doby zdŕžania na teplom a horúcom stupni hlavného čerenia
s výsledkom štvornásobnej redukcie objemu recikulovaného média viedlo k priblíženiu sa k teoretickým hodnotám,
- zníženie spotreby vápna,
- redukcia spotreby tepelno-energetických zdrojov,
- zníženie spotreby filtračných materiálov,
- zjednodušenie podmienok práce operátorov technologických staníc.
