Odrůdy cukrovky registrované v roce 2010 Sugar beet varieties registered in the year 2010
In 2010, the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture registered 13 new varieties (there had been
almost 60 before) of sugar beet into the National Variety Book (7 varieties with Rhizomania tolerance, 5 with tolerance
to Nematodes, and one with Rhizoctonia tolerance). Three varieties were registered after three years of testing, the other
ten varieties after only two years. In 2009, 69 varieties entered the testing for registration, out of which 43 into the first
year. The number of varieties with a special tolerance to Nematodes increased. The experiments are run in two systems of growing:
with and without fungicide treatment. The registration of the varieties is based on the results achieved (according to the
overall Index indicator).
Do státní odrůdové knihy zapsal v roce 2010 Národní odrůdový úřad ÚKZÚZ ke stávajícím téměř šedesáti odrůdám 13 nových odrůd cukrovky
(7 odrůd s tolerancí k rizománii, 5 odrůd s tolerancí k nematodům a 1 odrůdu s tolerancí k rizoktonii).
Po třech letech zkoušení byly
registrovány tři odrůdy, zbývajících deset již po dvouletém zkoušení. Do zkoušení pro registraci bylo v roce 2009 zařazeno 69 odrůd,
z toho 43 do prvního roku. Zvýšil se počet přihlášených odrůd se speciální tolerancí k nematodům. Pokusy jsou zakládány ve dvou systémech
pěstování s fungicidním ošetřením a bez ošetření, odrůdy jsou registrovány na základě dosažených výsledků (podle souhrnného ukazatele – indexu).
