Biopaliva a evropská legislativa Biofuels and European Legislation
The article wants to draw attention to important judicial decisions made by the Court of Justice of the European Communities
in support of biofuels. Its second part deals with important decisions of the European Commission concerning certain types
of information on biofuels and bioliquids; this information shall be presented to the member states by the economic subjects.
Final part of the article focuses on the decision of the European Commission of 19th July 2011 on recognition of the “Roundtable
of Sustainable Biofuels EURED” to demonstrate compliance with the sustainability criteria in accordance with directives
of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2009/28/EC and 2009/30/EC.

Příspěvek upozorňuje na významné rozsudky Soudního dvora ES z oblasti podpory užívání biopaliv, v druhé části informuje o důležitých
rozhodnutích Evropské Komise o určitých druzích informací o biopalivech a biokapalinách, které mají hospodářské subjekty předložit
členským státům. V závěrečné části pak poukazuje na rozhodnutí EK z 19. 7. 2011 o uznání režimu „Roundtable of Sustainable Biofuels
EU RED“ pro prokázání souladu s kritérii udržitelnosti podle směrnic Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2009/28/ES a 2009/30/ES.
